厂房C3，占地16000平方米，建于2001年：总部与办公室。生产冷凝锅炉的燃烧舱：年生产量80万件，2条全自动不锈钢管生产线（原钢条直接加工与激光焊接），4条全自动单线圈生产线，2条全自动冷凝燃烧舱装配线，双温铜制换热器生产线，存储原材料和组件的自动化仓库。
